Held from 17–19 May 2026 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and hosted by South African Airways, the 14th AFRAA Aviation Stakeholders Convention brought together more than 500 aviation professionals from Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. The convention is regarded as one of Africa’s most influential aviation gatherings and serves as a key platform for industry engagement and collaboration.
The 2026 edition was held under the theme “Resilient African Aviation: Partnerships – Empowerment – Profitability.” Discussions focused on strengthening airline performance, improving operational resilience, encouraging investment, and fostering partnerships that will support sustainable growth across African aviation markets. Industry leaders also explored opportunities for innovation, workforce development, and regulatory collaboration.
