Flight Serve Ltd was founded by a team of aviation professionals with over 17 years of combined team experience in business aviation trip support. We have spent our careers inside the industry — filing permits, coordinating ground handlers, managing crew logistics, and solving the last-minute challenges that every operator knows too well.

We founded Flight Serve Ltd with one clear purpose: to build the trip support company we always wished existed. One that responds fast, executes flawlessly, and treats every mission with the same urgency and professionalism — whether it is a single positioning flight or a complex multi-leg itinerary across the continent.

Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya — one of Africa’s most strategically connected aviation hubs — we operate across the continent and support international operators flying into, out of, and through African airspace.

Our founding team has worked at the operational coalface of African aviation — coordinating permits at short notice, sourcing crew accommodation in unfamiliar cities at midnight, managing catering for VIP passengers with complex requirements, and liaising with ground handlers across a continent where every airport has its own rhythm.

That experience taught us something critical: the difference between a smooth mission and a disrupted one is almost always in the quality and responsiveness of the trip support team on the ground. Operators and crew deserve a partner who understands this — not just in principle, but in practice.
